Intermediate Service

A thorough check and adjustment
- Everything in the Basic Service, plus:
- Hubs checked and adjusted
- Wheels trued and tensioned
- Headset bearings checked and adjusted
- Bottom bracket checked and adjusted
- Drivetrain removed, cleaned and checked for wear
- Brakes fully checked and adjusted
Major Service

A full strip-down and rebuild
- Everything in the Intermediate Service, plus:
- All components removed, cleaned and inspected
- Frame threads cleaned
- All bearings cleaned, re-greased and adjusted
- New brake and gear cables fitted where needed
- Frame cleaned and inspected for damage and alignment

Puncture Repair / Tube Replacement

Locate cause, swap tube, inspect tyre and rim tape, inflate to safe pressure.
Brake Adjustment

Alignment, cable tension, lever feel check. Pad replacement extra if needed.
Hydraulic Brake Bleed

Restores lever feel and braking performance. Recommended annually.
Gear Tune & Shift Optimisation

Indexing, limit screws, cable tension, hanger alignment check.
Wheel True & Spoke Replacement
from £20
Corrects wobbles, tension balance, replacement spokes if broken.
Chain & Cassette Replacement
from £25 labour
Replace worn drivetrain components. Compatibility checks and setup included.
Bottom Bracket Replacement
from £35
Fixes creaks and roughness at the crank. Correct tools, cleaning, torque and fit.
Cable Replacement (brake or gear)

New inner cables and outers for crisp, responsive control.
Tyre Replacement & Setup

Fit new tyres correctly — direction, seating, pressure. Rim damage check included.
Hub Service

Inspect bearings, adjust or replace, confirm safe reassembly.
New Bike Build / Assembly

Assemble and safety-check bikes delivered boxed. Correct setup, alignment and torque.
Fork / Shock Servicing
from £40
Fox, Rockshox, Manitou, Marzocchi forks and rear shocks. Dropper posts also serviced.
Maintenance Coaching
£30 per hour
Learn on your own bike at home. Punctures, cleaning, adjustments — tailored to you. Groups welcome.

Parts
All prices above are for labour. If parts are needed, we'll let you know the cost and get your approval before fitting anything. Parts are charged at cost — no mark-up surprises.
Estimates
An estimate is always given before work begins. If we discover additional work is needed during a service, we'll always inform you and agree the cost before proceeding.
Coverage
We cover Staffordshire Moorlands and Cheshire East. Most repairs in these areas are without a call-out charge. If you're further afield, get in touch — we may still be able to help.
Payment
Payment is due on completion. We accept cash and bank transfer. No deposit required for standard services.
